I knew there was a reason for the start of this thread. Keep stirring that part...you know what they say about karma.

Yes I do know what they say about Karma. This is karma finally biting Nick in the ass. I have absolutely nothing to hide with my sales. I advertise cues how they are, and I honor any discrepancies.

A perfect case in point...the cue that 7stud tried to buy? That cue was intentionally sold with photos hiding that the wrap had a major gouge in it. The first person to buy the cue asked Nick to split the cost in a new wrap, which he refused, so buyer sent cue back for full refund.

Nick then turns around and relists the cue, still not disclosing damage, and posting with pictures from when he bought the cue, not ones he took showing the damage.

I had a cue that I sold about a year ago to someone that the wrap was damaged in transit. Buyer wants to upgrade the wrap, and I eat the full price of the wrap upgrade because that's what GOOD SELLERS DO IS BACK THEIR PRODUCTS.

Nick has been caught time and time again with his hand in the cookie jar and I am beyond fed up with it. Someone having a steel plate in their head is not an excuse for being a miserable human being, a liar, or a scammer.

Enough with the fake sales and misrepresentation. I'm done watching it, and if anything you may now call me karma.

You should know that nick serdula's last for sale ad began by naming a person and proclaiming him a cheat and a scumbag for backing out after agreeing to purchase the cue that nick was listing for sale again. Then, when I responded to that very same for sale ad, nick serdula backed out of his sale to ME. I agreed to nick's asking price--no haggling, but I wanted to escrow the cue. Nick said he would contact FAST_N_LOOSE to handle the escrow. Let's review: nick was getting his full asking price for the cue, and nick was getting his choice for the escrow. I never heard back from nick after he told me he would arrange the escrow! Did he sell the cue to someone else? Nope. He just backed out of the sale. Why? It turns out he lied about the condition of the cue to a previous buyer who returned the cue. Apparently, nick came to the realization that the cue could not withstand an inspection by an escrow, so nick scurried off to his rat hole, never to be heard from again.

Be careful who you defend, you never know how many people will consider you a lying scumbag by association.

I never defended Nick….WTF are you talking about? I questioned his genuine motive for creating the post
and I think I hit the nail squarely on the head with my observation. My post talked about shit stirring and
never discussed Nick or whatever the gripes might be. But in your aberrant mind, you go off on some
tangent involving the after taste of the thread about Deanoc and my posts about him. You are a classic
example of completely misunderstanding written words that form sentences that communicate a thought,
idea, feeling. Go back and read my post you ignorant jackass…..OMG…..the Forum filled with shit stirrers.

Ok I will spell out my true motive for the post, not that I should have to answer to the all mighty likes of Bava.

Nick is a scumbag, who constantly backs out of deals, and goes into hiding when he runs out of insults for people who question him. When he thinks it's safe to come out of hiding again, he does so, and proclaims to be an expert of all things Baltimore cuemaker related. My true motive is two-fold.
1.) Nick come out and answer for what he has done and will continue to do.
2.) Bring to light what Nick does and will continue to do, so that other people don't fall prey to his games.

It's extremely sad when someone is banned from FB groups for being a fraud and a jerk, goes and creates his own groups, then has the GALL to offer authentication of Scruggs/Frey/Cochran cues for $150 ea, when he has been caught red handed selling those same cues with fake shafts.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers everyone. It appears Sertoola is back and picking up where he left off. Here I was thinking maybe he had gone way of old Deano and decided to fade into the sunset with his misrepresenting ways. Alas we shall see what other tomfoolery he has in store for us.

Are you really that self absorbed to think your thread and posts will have any impact on whether Nick continues to sell cues to members? Many have had positive experiences, some have not. Life is too short. Move on...go practice or something.

No, I'm not self absorbed in the least. This is coming from the person who has taken the time to read posts and comment on them though, so I guess to answer your question, yes, I KNOW people are reading my posts. If it prevents one person from making the mistake then I've done my job.

You on the other hand, have just proven how much of an insufferable person you are, and how little you take anything outside of your own opinion in consideration. I sleep better knowing I have keyboard warrior’s like this guy to keep me safe from the Deano’s and Nick’s of the world. That way I never have to actually think for myself or take blame for anything! I just can’t believe there’s not more scoundrels out there that I need to be warned about.
