What happened to Nitti & Blackcreek cues? When I first joined this forum they were very popular and their cues were posted almost daily. Now we don't hear of them very often. Did the cue brokers break ties with them?

I was wondering the same thing here lately. With the low amount of cues that Blackcreek builds especially I think they are a very desirable cue. The quality of his cues is fantastic.

I will be getting a couple brand new Full Splice Blackcreeks next week from Travis at the DCC. I have a couple Nittis on my website.

As far as Blackcreek cues, Travis is like a lot of today's cuemakers, he works a lot of hours at a demanding fulltime job and makes very few cues. It is a shame, because he makes a great cue and is a great guy. But he has to make a living and he is dedicated to his employer.

If you are looking to pick one up Jamie at www.new2youqs.com is the guy to contact. Also a great guy.

Nitti's and BlackCreek

Even though the resale market is soft, both of these makers are busy. I have had cues on order from Chris since Valley Forge last year. I will be picking up a couple of cues from Travis in the next week or 2. Demand hasn't really slowed for these guys in regards to new stuff. Thanks.

Mmmmm...perhaps it could be that they play so nicely that those who own them are not really willing to part with them. :)

I have never had the pleasure to actually play with either, but have seen some of Chris Nitti's work, and suffice to say, it is outstanding! :D

I also noticed that new2ucues has had a Scruggs on their site for many months now. I thought Scruggs were very much in demand. It also has had the price reduced and still sit's there.
