Our Wednesday Night Tourn Got Off To A Good Start This Year. Some New Faces And Some Old Ones That Haven't Played In Awhile. Congrat's Go Out To Our Top 4 Players.

Dinko is the man.. he's the guy that put me in the losers bracket.
I told him I was gonna see him on the other side :) and i did,but he just put me down again.. I enjoyed both matches and was glad to place and of course the night i cheap out and don't buy all of myself in calcutta i come in the money.

Week # 2 results 1/14/09

Last night was another great night. I wanted to welcome back Arty L and Carl H. 22 players and a nail biter finish. The hot seat match (W) side between Mario and Dinko went to Dinko in a 5-4 win. During the semi finals Mike D. who was coming back from the (L) side beat Mario 4-3. Dinko (16) played Mike D. (13) in the finals. Mike took the first set, then Dinko took the second set in a hill-hill match. Dinko produced a first time " THREE-PEAT " Starting with the big tourn in tourn in Dec, then last week, now last night. And yes, to all that are wondering, he was raised prior to last nights start.

Well i played like poo poo... (pain killers definitley do not help my game) but at least i had 2 horses in the calcutta wooo hooo!!!!!!! mikey and mario put me in the positve for the night so no complaints from me.
and Mikey what a way to battle it out to the end.
 
Week # 3 1/21/09 results

Last night was another great night. I wanted to welcome 2 new players, Mel and Victor. 19 players and an awesome finish. The hot seat match between Victor (15) and Dinko (16) went to Victor. After Dinko played Ralph P. on the (L) side, he went back to Victor. In the first set of the finals- Dinko looked unstoppable. But then the tables turned and Victor beat the "3-peat" king. Great playing guys ! !
