If the cuetec bowtie tool came in a dime radius package (seems to be more of a nickel to me) then I would use it exclusively. I prefer the 3 in 1 approach it gives in a sturdy package, and 2 "grits" for shaping and scuffing... since I prefer the dime shape, I use a willards and it works well. I also vote for the Q-wiz pads and keeping clean hands.
