I have been playing often as I can with my bad back, I'm leaving for germany in a few days to see my Dr.
ok to the point, I have been playing with a B.Szam cue and have never been happier with a cue, but I cant take it to Germany since it has to be checked to make the world a safer place, so I needed a traveling cue or my own jet, So I bought a couple cues that I can get out of even or a little ahead with the intention of keeping the one that played the best, and the Sugartree wins hands down, I played with it for 30 minutes tonight then the Barry cue then the Sugartree(I was playing good tonight), just to make sure I was bringing the right cue, I eliminated the other cues the same way compairing them over the past few weeks, the Sugartree was in the top spot to go but I wanted to see how it compaired to the Barry Szam cue, its the next best thing to me it plays nice as a Tad, I played with a Tad for years. Yes they are expensive for what they are but they play great-what else matters?, I'm going to miss the Barry cue its in another level but let the sceptics complain Eric builds a great cue.
it was cool trying out different cues and narrowing it down to one, i have a couple cues i need to sell now-they are great but not for me. but nothing beats a Szam Barry or Gus-those guys have it down cold. Some Bushkas are in there too at the top.
