Non phenolic break cue?

I am curious since the IPT doesn't allow phenolic tips what cues do they
break \jump with? Is there one that stands out or does eveyone use a custom j/b cue?

Ipt ...

You can not use a jump cue in the IPT. If you jump, it has to be with a full cue. Most players are just using a break cue with a hard leather tip.
Even X-Breaker came out with a leather tip model that is IPT approved.

A Water Buffalo tip or maybe a compressed soaked leather tip might be used by some.

Wow interesting, didnt know that about the jump cue.

I figured they would go with a hard-tipped cue but was just curious if one type of break cue was being used more than another.
