I hadn't posted about the room for a while because we thought we had a buyer, but the person just pulled out of the deal because of some personal things that had come up right after the New Year.

So, it is again available and we are dropping the asking price from the original $75,000 to $65,000 to try to move quickly and make up for some lost time.
