Hi: Just as a side note I build both and sometimes I wish I had just stuck with the guitars. It takes a heck of a lot less equipment/materials to build a guitar and you can make a lot more money off of them. I can never remember scrapping a guitar mid process but I sure have scrapped a few cues.
Anyway, the enjoyment level of building either one is great and there is a lot of self satisfaction in hearing a guitar you built making music or a cue you built being played.
