YAYAAAAASSS , now we are talking :) you aint never having frame issues and that amp is badass!

TFT
That amp was an early build...I ran 10 racks on my latest build hence all the new woodworking machines after I decided to build guitar amps again.

1. Stainless steel laser cut chassis with TIG welded corners. That's a CNC machined, engraved, enamel infill black anodized face plate.

I am not quite the AUDIOPHILE YOU ARE, but. I worked in the music department while I was getting my B.A. of Arts & Sciences at U Toledo. I worked as a recording engineer and love music!! I also dj/mix electronic music on technic 1210 m3d Turntables. seamlessly on VINYL RECORDS. No computers and no editing WARNING MOST OF YOU WILL LIKELY NOT BE INTO THIS MUSIC< Just warning people!! GIRLS LOVE IT AND ITS HAPPY MUSIC>
I have also produced tracks and long mixes with all original tunes edited together via Multitrack Sequencer, I learned Digital Performer forMAC, but I am a PC guy and am familiar with Pro Tools, Ableton live, Sony Acid and many other DSP/EFFECTs / Virtual Machines/ midi gear.

If you ever need any custom stuff you cant produce, my partner in the new lighting company, he is VP and part owner of a shop that builds jet parts and production line tooling to build jet parts for US GOV AIrforce, Boeing and so on and so on.... Always looking to network with likeminded people!

I am 46 and have only been doin this pool table stuff for 10 years next month. I wont lie: I am about over it! 10 years is my max from now forth! I am still going to work on tables, but, retail Brunswick Store has already been approved, training people and managing/ sales/ new light business! This Industry has provided me a great living and I am working on doing things to help the people I am blessed to be in business with and most importantly: OTHER POOL PLAYERS!!!

LOL do your friends call you Stubs? But seriously, both my grandfather and great grandfather sawed of their thumb about the same age as me. I'm going to keep mine attached.
Yeah that will definitely affect the guitaring. Table saws are evil. you are pushing towards a spinning blade and leaning over it.

Maybe we should have a sub forum " Members Hobbies ". Would be interesting to see another side of everyone.
I think this falls within what other Mechanics do, chance to interact as PEOPLE and not just business. I try not post out of ANGER OR EGO. I get wrapped up sometime, I am human and a sinner: I am always trying to be better... I have made some very long lasting business and friendships with people I am in business with from this forum. The forum needs some HUMANITY. So I shared some art I am learning to make. I also shared some of my art I make with turntables and vinyl records, not relevant to the forum, did it hurt anyone?? I dont think so. I see all kinds of negative stuff across all the places here on AZB, I am trying to post positive stuff!!! God Bless

There's my free money hobby. Seriously look what people leave laying around on the beach GOLD! Pounds of silver and gobs of gold. At $1,900 a troy ounce it adds up fast.

Yes even back in the 1700's people left me goodies to find, two Spanish 8 Reales still fused to the shipwreck. These are piece of 8 silver coins a bit larger than a US half dollar.

Here's a 1776 freed from the shells and sand

My oldest a 1751 World coin, the design is the world between the pillars of Hercules.

They will still look unused in 10 years, I keep my machines clean and in like new condition. There's a reason I have 3 cans of Boeshield lol.
Well done. Got me to look up Boeshield. Appears I can get it at the local Lee Valley store but a little oil works for me (my machines work metal FAR more than wood) ... and it's already on the ways and screws and gears :)

In 10 years one of my machines will be 85 years old, another about 70, others 35ish ... and all will continue to look used but work just fine.

Boeshield is good for vertical surfaces, for longer term protection it won't run off over time like oil. It dries to a layer of waxy oil that sticks. I started getting some rust on a Bison chuck treated with oil when I hadn't used my metal lathe for some months. It rains a lot here in the pacific NW so rust prevention is a must.
