Score's now 4-2 in favor of de luna. uzzel was able to finally get to the table after languishing 4-1 after a rare miss on the 8 by the filipino (who IS this kid??). Let's see if uzzel can keep the momentum to close that gap further.....
 
uzzel just can't seem to get any good breaks as de luna pads the lead to 6-3.....

but some terrible shot selection by de luna lets uzzel back to the table for 6-4
 
a great break on rack 11 lets de luna run out and puts him on the hill 7-4

but uzzel returns the favor for 7-5

then de luna comes up with a monster break! 5 balls in but then the 2 ball cozies up beside the 9, forcing de luna to take a weak safety. uzzel takes advantage for 7-6.

uzzel breaks and starts to run out but he misses the 8 and de luna finishes, final score 8-6.

My thoughts as well... I think Jeff breaks harder than the rest of them...

This kid looks very promising. I am very impressed with his powerful break. He just needs more consistency and he will be a force to be reckoned with in the future. Give him more experience and he has the potential to be the next pool superstar out of the Philippinesl
 
Did you guys noticed how he parks his CB in the middle of the table after
each break? He will only get better after his baptism of fire!
