Good call on the advil. I have a horrible lower back because of an injury from work so I have to bring along vicodin and vallium when I'm playing (both prescribed to me for the purpose of pain in my back) if I want to make it through the night. Especially on 8ball nights, there's a lot more up and down going on than on 9ball nights.
