Ob-1 on Blue Grass?

I'm not sure if I want to go this route, but does anyone use an Ob-1 shaft on their blue grass cue? If so did you have to have it custom fitted or does one of the models that comes with a 3/8x11 joint work?
Again I have just been reading about all the back and forth with whether or not it is ok to put a LD shaft on a custom cue and I'm still on the fence just trying to think about it.

This link is to our products page. Personally, I did not know that the Bluegrass cue used the 11 thread. I thought it might, but I was not sure.

As you can see, we do offer 2 different shafts with that pitch joint. The only difference is the diameter at the joint.
