OB-1 Question: Need help from Royce

A friend of mine approached me at a Saturday night tourney. His whole insert on his OB-1 loosened and came out, as I have 3 of the shafts for different cues he wanted me to help him fix it. I told him to hold off and would see if I could get some advice from Royce here at AZ. He has a Predator quick connect and the insert appears to have reverse grips on it. Looking for advice. Thanks in advance.

My experience is that Royce responds quickly to resolve any workmanship issues and provides great customer service. I emailed him Friday night about an issue and he called me Saturday morning. Nothing but positives for Royce, Jon and the OB-1 shaft.

Have you tried calling him?

From what I have seen on the forum you are correct, I just did not know his user name or e-mail address.

I will be back at the shop in the morning, so if you have called, or emailed I will get it then. If you have not, you can have him send it to us at the shop address of:

OB Cues
961 N. Ave
Suite 700
Plano, TX 75074

Make sure he includes all of his address and contact information inside the box! Occasionally, we get a package with no information in it. Usually it was shipped from a UPS store or a similar place and the return address is for that store, and not the owner of the cue shaft. All we can do at that point is to wait for them to call and claim it.

We will get a look at it and let him know what we can do. From what it sounds like it will be very easy to handle. I look forward to getting it taken care of, so get it to us soon.

Sounds like you have a timely response! Way to go Royce, this is why I am such a big fan of your company! I hope we get to shoot a few balls someday!

this is what I was telling my friend about the way I had seen you handle your business here on AZ. Again thanks a million. By the way, Friday got in the OB-1 shaft that y'all turned down to 12.4-12.5 and morri tip. Love it.
