To be honest, I have no idea. It feels similar to mine, I'm at 18.5. Maybe a touch lighter. I assume it has a weight bolt so the buyer could adjust it as they see fit.

Im not sure exactly how many were sold, I know they sold some on site and some were sold via the CBSA website. Someone from NB won the other cue, not sure who it was.
