they're both pretty good shafts, i have both and i'd sum it up this way. the ob break is LD and is more accurate, but has less power because the shaft is more flexible and the ferrule softer. the i-1 has normal deflection, but is very stiff, and has more power. both have the same tips (samsara j/b). the i-1 is listed at 13mm like the OB break, but mine was 13.25mm. the i-1 is a bit lighter in weight, because the core is hollow. so if you're looking for LD, get the OB. for pure power, the i-1. i actually think the bk2 shaft is the best of all, has both qualities.
