OB Break Shaft

I have an OB Black break cue (model BKC) and it's had 2 tips fall off/break off and the ferrule is chipped. I'm looking to either pick up a new shaft, or find someone who can replace the ferrule and tip.

It's cheaper to have a new ferrule/break tip combo put back on the shaft, but I DO have an OB break shaft 5/16x14 available.
