ob classic - 314/2

I want to buy a shaft for my Joss 5/16x14 butt .. and my question it's : ob classic or 314/2 ?

I played nice with hp2 from mezz with moori medium tip

I know this post was in the past..but I want to know why ob classic beat 314/2...i'm afraid to buy 314/2 because i see more ferrule broken...the ob classic ferulle it's more good - 314/2 ... ???

I want to know what model of tip it's more good to a ob classic and 314/2

I want to play with more effect and after i hit the cue ball .. i want the cue ball roll slowly...

I want to buy a shaft ( ob classic / 314-2 ) on ebay .. from mr. Nielsen, or somebody from this forum !

There both good and either will last a life time if taken care of ! Just a matter of personal preference.

I believe the ob classic from what i hear would be stiffer than the predator 314 if that helps you any with your decision. The mezz hp2 is way stiffer than both the ob and the predator. I think you would like either better than the mezz. It was too stiff for me. I wouldnt worry about the ferrules cracking that doesnt happen very often unless you let the tip get down to one layer and break with it or something.
 
I had both and liked the ob classic better. It's going to feel better to hit with the classic but perhaps that's at the trade off a bit more deflection, perhaps.
