OB Classicshaft delaminating

I can feel and see a raised seam from the ferrule to the joint. Anyone know if this would be a warranty issue?

If it is any form of manufacturing problem I have no doubt that OB will take care of it. But be honest. Do you store your cue in the trunk of your car? If so, that is not their problem. But if it is their problem they will take care of you.

I only ask this because a poster last summer had another brand of cue and complained loudly about how it warped. When the full story emerged he lived in Alabama and kept his cue in his car all the time. Then wondered why it warped.

The company still took care of him. He got away with robbery.

Never leave my cues in the car period. I also have another OB shaft that seems fine. I will probably send it to OB and see what happens. Just wondering if anyone else had this happen.
