Just a quick plug for OB customer service.
I got a shaft in trade from the OB guys after meeting them at the BCA show last year, Mike Dechaine then traded me one of his shafts for that one because he wanted to try the 30" one to use at Turning Stone.
While breaking with that shaft I miscued and the tip broke off along with a small peice of the wood on the ferrule.
So basically I had a "free" shaft from a trade, then traded that shaft for another "free" one from Mike because he's sponsored by OB.
I contacted them to see if I can maybe send it in for a warranty fix on a double free traded shaft LOL, thinking, no way that will happen I'll be charged.
Get an email from Royce: Sure no problem just put a note in with the shaft and let them know you spoke with me.
