I just received it today and felt for writng a very short review.

It is easy to jump and control the ball with. The weight is around 10oz. Both pins are short 3/8x10, and the shaft is solid maple (not laminated). There are no inserts in the joints. The tip (OB jump tip?) is a bit short. Chalking works fine. A few cosmetic flaws around the joint. Otherwise it looks solid. Though I am a bit concerned about how robust the laminated ferrule will be over time.

I purchased the OB lift (not pro) a couple of weeks ago and haven't been able to find a real in-depth review of it or the Rift (break cue).

The Jump tip is a hybrid made by OB cues of Phenolic and Leather, making it deadly accurate and super easy to aim and get control after contact. I shoot with strictly OB cues so my opinion may be a bit biased, but aside from the Hanshew Jump, I don't think there is a jump cue on the market that offers the accuracy and ease of use than the OB Lift Series.
