Obi Joint Pin

I have been asked to make a butt for an existing OB shaft, but I cant seem to find anywhere to get a pin.

Is it just a 3/8"x10 regular pin, or something exotic?

I don't really want to muck around to make one, since I don't have a sample to match.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get one?

OB doesn't use a custom pin. If you look at their website, most of their butts are shipped with a 3/8-10 modified pin. However, you can order an OB shaft with any pin type that you like. You'll need to see the butt/pin that the customer used before, or get the shaft and dtermine what pin it is tapped for using your different maintenance mandrels.
