Observations from a week of zero-x

I downloaded the videos last week and started doing the drills. So far I have realized:

1. My PSR was pretty much non-existant.
2. Inside english gives me fits.
3. I miss a lot because I don't line up correctly.
4. My speed control sucks.
5. My stroke was (is) suspect at best.

I've got a ton of work to do on my game but its fun going through the process. On a positive note, I broke and ran an eight ball rack for only the second time in my life last night after doing drills for two hours. I only had to make one difficult shot in the rack the rest I left myself in good shape.

My speed control has sucked too. It's slowly getting better. I think the reason mine is off is because I switched to a glove and can't feel it slide as well as I use to.

I do like those videos though. I am not much on drills. But those work really well.

Yes its difficult for me to keep from getting bored with drills but everyone says thats the way to get better, so........
 
Make a game of the drills.

I always strive for a new personal best when doing drills.

I will play my left against my right on some drills.
 
Me too......

I am with ya on # 2 and 4, the others are not bad. I am much better then I was with inside though. The Zero X and other systems may work for some folks. I struggle with it.
