so far, so good with the new tips and the job Orners did of putting them on. i have played with all 3 cues now with the different tips. Cuetec/LePro, Lucasi-Predator/Everest, Nova/Talisman, and i like the hit of all 3. perhaps the Everest tip might be leading the way, but everything seems to have worked out for the best.
funny, the guy just pushed off the tips (with his finger) that Mark Wilson told me werent any good. guess he wuz right.
i also noticed Orners has the measles cue ball in stock now. they are selling it for $50, i think thats less than what it goes for on EBay. they gave me a 1' square sample of the new Powder Blue Simonis that i could bring home and check out, that was pretty decent of them. looks like thats the cloth thats soon to be on my Gold Crown IV.
i'll tell ya one thing, i love going to that place, its like a dream to see all of the stuff they have up there. wish it was closer, i'd visit more often.
