Mini Tournaments will start sooner.
Finals will be one race to 9.

Second chance tournament will start between 6-7pm
Race to 7 Single elimination
Limited to 32 players
$30 entry $20 side pot (optional)

Hope to see all my friends out here!

MID-LEVEL PLAYERS ONLY.

We will NOT be able to stream this event due to weak internet. Sorry.

Look forward to seeing you here!!!

This is NOT an open event. You may play if you have not had a 5-6th or better finish in any major tournament. ie Fast Eddies 9Ball Tour, Midwest 9 Ball Tour, Joss Northeast Tour etc.

We have a council to determine eligibility for players that do not play in tournaments or may have had a 5-6th or better finish with extenuating circumstances.

Please call to see if you qualify. To "GET ON THE LIST" you must call by Friday before the event or mail your entry FEE in early. You must be present at 10:15am PAID OR NOT or any "stand-by" players will be awarded your spot. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you pay ahead and can't make it by 10:15am and you lose your place to a stand by, you WILL get a full refund.

To pull this off in 1 day we must start ON time.

All draws will be random!

Here is a link to the Flyer. CLICK HERE Flyer is correct except for the races and it will single elimination.

Uhh..

Why did you change the format Ray? Playing one person a Race to 14 and if you lose you are out? A lot of Mid level players in my opinion go to these tournaments for experience and to try and improve their game..At one point in time this was the best Mid Level event in Texas so why change it if it wasn't broke to begin with? JMO, But who knows!

Numbers have been down due to the inconsistency of having the event for one and announcing them at the last minute.

Same thing over and over gets boring imo. I do see your point though. Get a tough draw your first match and you're done. Double elimination you might get an easier match on the one loss side.

I take it then you vote for Double elimination?

I will add a poll.

The Poll has spoken:

Double Elimination it will be. 7 Winners 5 Losers.

Finals will be one race to 9

Tom Mooney wins his first Waco Mid-Level!!

It's no secret that Tom has a history of letting things bother him when the heat is is on. He played very good this weekend and did a great job dealing with his inner demons. I believe Tom will continue to do well in even larger events if he continues to keep a good coat of "teflon" on. Good shooting Mr Mooney!
