Odd OB1 ferrule breakage

Thank you for the informative response Royce. I forgot to mention that I needed a specific diameter for my cue. I have sent you an email last week and received a good response.

We, pool enthusiasts in Australia, will be waiting for your products to be widely available here.

Thanks

Followup:

Got my OB-1 shaft back from those folks yesterday, minutes before I was leaving for league that night. Yay UPS. :D

Broke that sucker out and skunked my opponent handily.

Kudos to OB Cues customer service!

We are growing at a pretty fast pace. As this growth continues, we will establish repair centers in those countries where we have customers.

yeap.... OB-1 is coming to Japan, too... but to be honest, i was shocked to know that the retail price was around USD310.... i believe dealers would price it 15-20% lower but still, that is so much more expensive than in US....

Royce, are the ferrules available to cue repair/makers?
I have sold a few OB1's around here and would like to give my customers a quick local repair if if ever needed.
If so, I would like to order two just to have them on hand.

OH Yeah ... and I need two more OB1 shafts please.
