OEM Cues from China

A Chinese cuemaking company that does quite a lot of OEM work, about 20,000 cues per month for foreign markets has asked me to represent them directly. Rather than rely mainly on middle men who generate this business for them at the moment.

The offer would involve me paying my own travel expenses and receive a commission based on sales generated.

I've known this cue maker for a while and thinks he's trustworthy, but he may be a bit green regarding the business aspect of arranging this kind of cooperation. (As am I)

I would like to hear the advice of some people who know a bit about this business.

u have to be double careful dealing with Chinese...i know as i am one..kekeke

Even inked deals/agreements will get u nowhere AND holds no water if they decide to turn on u. So make double sure u handle all the cash, and paperwork ...

better to have a 3 man partnership so that each can keep a check on each..
