On a whim I bought a used Lucasi yesterday from a local player. It was inexpensive and I was surprised how good it played and besides, you can't have too many cues. The butt is said to be a "Mystic black butt" but nowhere can I find what material that is. I'm thinking it has to be something like maple with a black laminate coating as there is no grain visible. Anyone know for sure?
