Brandon Gramse of Billiards & Darts Direct does video lessons in his store and it looks pretty sizable with a wall-full of cues and cases. Not sure where it's located.

It's been in business a loooooooooooooong time and is quite popular although I've never set foot in one. However, we now have TNT Billiards!!! Oh yeah!
