I need some of the old black phenolic tube or rod for a Paradise restoration. I am going to have additional shafts made and want the phenolic rings to be period correct.

I need black phenolic in which the linen is visible.

I don't believe anything of current manufacture is suitable.

If anyone has anything for sale, or a lead I would appreciate it if you would please contact me.

I would like to thank everyone who responded to my request for old black phenolic. I can now have a period correct shaft made for my very rare Palmer which dates back to 1966.

When completed (date uncertain) I will post pics in the Show Your Palmers thread in the Cue and Case Gallery.
