TRU BALANCES ARE GONE I recently purchased a few old Brunswick house cues. I believe most are the Challenger and The Tru Balance- there are others, but don't know what kind they are, or the label is unreadable. I was wondering wheather these are used for any conversions. I see that they have sold a few on Ebay-don't know if it was for conversions or just for collecting. If they are of use to anyone, I would like to know if anybody may be interested in maybe making a deal to convert one in exchange for a few of them. They may be junk, but I figured I would ask. Thanks! ALL OF THE TRU BALANCES ARE GONE.

If you look real close you'll probably realize that the points are painted on the Challengers. I've done some conversions on Tru-Balances myself.

just more hot air!

Here are a few pics. As you can see in the last photo, there are no tips. However, I would not think that would make a difference since I think new ferrules would be used. I didn't realize that the points were painted on the Challengers- thanks for pointing that out Sherm.
