I purchased this cue new in Arlington, TX sometime in the late seventies or my wife did. I think she paid less than 50$ for. It has no markings to ID it. A cue maker in Arlington, Steve Herbert put the leather wrap on it and made another shaft that I don’t have shown.

Maybe a Gandy, they used a similar design to this for the rings, similar to Viking. Solid built cues from what I hear and pretty cheap now.
