Old Custom Ray Schuler cue with 2 shafts

Here's an older high end Ray Schuler custom cue with 2 original shafts.
The butt is about 15.8oz, wrapless ebony handle and the shafts are about 3.6oz each (one is straight and the other has a slight taper rollout)
The cue butt is straight and has a 5/16-14 ray schuler custom joint. All white on the schuler is non - exotic material.
The cue has too lots of inlaids...so I'll let the pics describe the cue. Looking for $4000 or trade for the right cue.

I guess non exotic means no ivory in the cue.

Can you show the Signature?
Do you know what year this was made?
Can you show the joint, whether or not it has a ring like this(it's brass)?

Not sure on the year but this would be in the 90's, additional pics attached on the joint and Signature.
