I have been shooting POOL a far amount of time but was late to the game,so the brigde i see PRO'S & SEMI-PRO'S and many others use is just to hard for my non-flexible hand's to form.Any suggestions are more than welcome.

As long as your bridge is comfortable, and provides a stable guide for the front end of the cue, it is a good bridge. Don't worry about the bridge someone else uses. Use the bridge that works best for you.

Using a crutch

Count your blessing if you came from a snooker background as many oldtimers did. We always used a crutch, had to. I can only suggest that you grip the back of the bridge as if you were throwing a spear, fingers on top. I bought a new bridge in Vegas and love it. You have seen them. They have white felt all over them and are tall and adjust seven ways to Sunday. They also can be stuck underneath the rail. Really tall which is great for balls that are close together. Thirty bucks!!! Slips onto any stick 12 or 13 mm shafted. Can't stand to use other bridges now. You must learn to use a bridge, its like another shot in your arsenal. Oh yeah, don't forget to pull the thing out of the way, especially when your area is crowded with balls. Oop's, lost my mind. We are talking about open vs closed bridge. Expressed my feelings on this on another thread. Long story short. Closed bridge any time you can and IF you can. If you can't do the closed bridge then well just do what you can do and keep on trucking!! And again learn to use a crutch if you want to play this great game, it's part of learning how to play.
