Old Earl Strickland cue?

I was watching some old Earl Strickland matches from the mid 90's and was wondering what cue he was using? It is different that his current (well i guess not anymore) Cuetec, it was white with a black joint and black wrap, not sure if it was just plain white or it had some subtle design on it, the video quality wasn't very good. Was it a Cuetec?

Mid 90's would have been a Cuetec.

looking at cuetec's current lineup and assuming they still make his model, i think it's either a starlight 99260 or a prestige 99272. they're almost exactly alike except one is just plain white, while the other has subtle silver designs on it. can't tell which one from the videos i saw, the quality was too poor.

at some point around 2000 he switched to his current black starlight. wonder if the color change was related to his change in mood and increasing orneriness, haha

Sometime before Cuetec he was using a Meucci model 84-8 with a mis-matched shaft. This was the case at Starchers in Akron in the 80's.

I remember when EArl used to come in the pool tourneys and borrow someones cue to play in the tourney. In which he gladly tipped them for their generosity. Earl is really a good guy,off the table.
