Here's a couple crap-tastic cel phone pics of an older Palmer a guy brought in today. They should be good enough to ID the cue though.
2 shafts, ivory ferrules, approx 12.75mm.
Does not have a Cortland wrap. Other than that, it appears all original.
It's light, I would guess 18.75-19 TOPS.
It hits AMAZING!!! The first thing that springs to mind when I hear that tight, fine *PING* is SZAMBOTI!!!
It has the foil name plate window, and the veneer colors are the classic "Black / Orange / Green / Maple".
It has MOP inlays in the points, but a plain butt.
Questions:
1- What is it (year, model, etc)
2- What's worth.
3- he thinks it's a Szamboti blank, is that possible / probable? I have heard 'Boti did the ebony ones, but hadn't heard about any into maple.
Thanks in advance.
