I wish it were still mine.

Here is one that I wish I had never gotten rid of. This cue played great.

Nice cue, i have had a 'few' i wish i could get back.......The Tad for 400.00 is one!

Oldie but Goodie

I let this one go. Was my straight pool playing cue. Lighter than my usual playing cue. The bottom cue was made for kevin West, one of Ricks friends. I picked it up for $1,100. A lot of ivory for that kind of cash. The first one came out of a pawn shop for $1,400.

Here are some pics of one of the first cues that Rick Phillippi made on his own in 1989. I sent it to him for a refinish a couple of years ago. It has a ton of old ivory including the joint and plays great. With the exception of the butt cap all the white is ivory. The most unique thing about this cue is when it is rotated 90 degrees, the butt sleeve takes on a totally different look because of the configuration of the ivory triangles.
You can also tell it is an older one because not only is it signed on the forearm but also has the "P" on the butt cap. The last picture is of the butt cap before refinish by Rick. What a difference!!

Thanks for the pics. Both are unique cues! I'm still trying to figure out why his cues don't demand more $$$$$ In the used market.....
