old unknown maker case

Well built older case case from a mystery casemaker.

Inside it has black cloth covered pvc tubes like a Flowers or Justis but they are permanently affixed and the space is filled with what appears to be black sheep wool.

Any ideas who the maker may be?

Interesting overall design. Looks like the maker did not have a leather sewing machine.

The back side of the lid is stitched where the leather meets, other than that there is no stitching, good observation.

I would email pictures to Dennis Swift, he has been building and repairing cases for a long time and he may be able to tell you who made the case. It is a very interesting looking case and I have never seen that design before. I would definately be keeping that one if I was you.
