getting ready to set up this older diamond table and just have some questions.

What is the best way to recondition the wood?

whats the best way to make sure the slate is level or should i just make sure the seams are flush then just level the legs on the base?

where can i get fairly decent cloth for a decent price?


also is it worth just to wait and have a mechanic do it so it is done right and there wont be any problems..

Please don't take offense, but with the questions you're asking, yes, you're better off waiting for a pro to do the work. With a table as good as yours, why skimp on the setup. Have it done right.
