Joss West refinished by Andy Gilbert and only test hit since the refinish.
Ebony butt sleeve and points with 4 veneers
Butt weighs 17oz
Original shaft is 12.5mm and weighs 4.2oz. and has ivory ferrule
13mm shaft made by Andy weighs 4.7oz
Everything is straight and solid

In the pics it looks like the buttcap is not flush with the buttsleeve. Is that a problem or is it just an optical illusion?
 
The butt cap is held on by the weight bolt rather than being glued on. You can feel the edges when you run your fingers over it but not much. It's pretty flush.
