IMO, it may be priced fairly, but it's not exactly priced to sell. Consider that when it's disassembled, you're potential buyers may be more reluctant to pull the trigger...at least I would. Good Luck.
Why that's one less step of removing as a buyer that you would not need to worry about, if you look at the table and all the pieces are in good shape, you would be able to see the slate and see if there was any nick's, ding's, scratches, chips, cracks, or other damage, and its the most important part of the table, if the table was put together the felt would be covering it and you would not be able to inspect it as good, heck you might like it start tearing it apart and find the slate was cracked and pieced back together.
Pictures will help for sure, depends on what model Olhausen table you have, Olhausen makes tons of different pool tables, if its a plain basic table with just bear claw legs yes 800 is upper end, it for sure is not quick sale price, then the person buying it, if they don't know how to do the work them self, they would have to pay for tearing down and putting back together that's 500 plus. If the table is that old and has not had the felt replaced recently then add 250 for new felt. So now that 800 table is 1500 plus. Are you adding balls, racks, sticks, light fixtures, table and chairs, all these little things add up. Biggest thing is pictures, would you purchase a pool table or any other item for that matter that you have no idea what it looks like, pictures show what kind of shape it is in also, you know that old saying a picture is worth a thousand words.
