the funny thing is the guy don't have a leg to stand on, legally speaking. raffles of this type ARE illegal in all 50 states. that said it's like bringing a case to the court (Paypal in this case), and asking the "judge" to help a you after you got your money stolen from a hooker! ( not comparing raffles here to that..:wink: )... normally the "court" will wash their hands of the situation and kick you out. it's called the law of unclean hands. you know you're doing something illegal so anything that transpires from that action is not enforceable in a court of law. with all the discussion about raffles being legal or not here i'm sure he knows these type raffles are not legal yet he chooses to participate in them anyway......now that being said, whether Paypal acts on this is another story. they're not a court of law so what could happen is that you could be banned from making transactions through them and since the raffle was an illegal act to start with you wouldn't have any recourse using the law to help you regain your previous status........it's a catch 22 all the way around..............good luck....

imo once you go into the alley looking for the "ho" you do so at your own risk and are already "unclean"........ya see but that's not even the case here......they paid the pimp first.......

So they denied one but not the other? Nothing like being consistent. Did you point them to the thread where Mr. Wilson told them to call him?
I'd give the loser his 14.00 bucks and be done with it.
