Sadly the only place in town that had Diamond tables, MissQs is now closed. Now we are down to 1 place that has Valleys, a GC and a snooker table and numerous bars around town with Valleys. All the best to Chris in his other ventures, still holding out hope one day MissQs can reopen somewhere.

Why is it closing?
I saw something like that happening and I bought the place myself. That was 37 years ago and a place that was about to close the doors is still open today. I had it for about 10 years, made money with it from day one and sold it for a nice profit over my original investment.

I don't have the details as to why they had to close their current location, nor why they could not open in another prospective location that was being discussed. All I know is they were 'moving' at first and had the other place picked out, getting inspections etc. and then that fell through and now the tables will just be stored somewhere. I do hope someone is intrepid enough to open another place somewhere and maybe work something out to rent those tables. I would consider it myself if I were inclined to put down roots here, I think there is good money to be made on a spot with good tables, good food, and a bar (no such place exists here at the moment)
