Thank you for the compliment Zim.Zims Rack said:I personally haven't had any problems during installation or playing, nor have I had any return. I know another cuemaker that is using a very similar material, but it too has a larger weave pattern and is purchased in blocks, not rods.
BTW: Your cues look fantastic! Do you have anything in ebony and curly maple?
Thanks,
Zim
Any current photos and a ball park price?Varney Cues said:Thank you for the compliment Zim.
I do have a striped ebony no point cue that will feature a curly handle. It will be ready shortly. Its not a j/b though.
It will look very similar to this cue...except with a curly maple handle. The cue pictured sold for $550...I figure the new one will bring a bit more.Zims Rack said:Any current photos and a ball park price?

Varney Cues said:Zim...have you had any problem with those cracking? I quit using the phenolic like that after too many issues. The canvas resin I now use is proving very bulletproof. It has a larger weave pattern plus the canvas allows it to hold chalk much better.
Looks like this...
Thank you sir...but I hardly think thats the problem in this case.Alaskin Assasin said:The only time I've ever seen them crack is when installed wrong
