💡💡 It depends. Personally, I like to play ALL FOULS. I'm talking about if you stretch out, over the table, wearing a big shirt and your shirt rests on or moves any ball I'M CALLING FOUL LOL😂😂 (I have always believed in not touch ANY balls no matter how slight☝🏾) However, most people play just rolling it back to position. Most people play "cue ball" fouls only.

Need a little more info...did the object ball touch anything else?
No but does not hitting a object ball before the cue ball alter the shot , my opinion is most certainly it does in aiding or hurting but it does , but what's the actual rule ,

💡💡Quick question, did the player hit the OBJECT BALL with his HAND OR TIP OF THE CUE/STICK? 👀

In gambling, cue ball fouls only is normal.....probably no foul.
But still not enough info....where was the object ball?

Here is a possible scenario: the player is partly obstructed by and object ball on his side of the cue ball. The cut stick is going to pass only 1mm from the object ball on its way to the cue ball. In fact the tip brushes the object ball before the tip hits the cue ball. No other ball is molested.

No foul by "cue ball fouls only".

Is it a foul if the cue ball then makes contact with the object ball that was touched?

Edit: Using cue ball fouls only.

...
Yes. "Cue ball fouls only" is a very bad way to call the relaxation of the rule. There are lots of fouls that are still fouls. In fact if the touched ball was moved out of the way of the cue ball's path, it's a foul. In many events, if you move two or more object balls it's a foul.

It would be better to call it "relaxed touch rules".
