One Pocket Rules Question

I was looking for a full version of written out rules for one pocket. I found on onepocket.org the rules but I was curious as to a couple rules that I didn't see in there.

First, I thought if you disburbed a certain amount of balls accidentally that it was an automatic loss of game.

Also, I thought if you disturbed a ball and another ball crossed it's path, that was a foul.

I didn't see either of those rules in the fouls section, just curious if they are definitely fouls. If they are, does anyone know where they are written out anywhere?

One-hole rule

Move one ball and opponent has option to move it back-no foul or loss of turn. Move 2 or more and opponent has same option but it's a foul and loss of turn. This is how we usually play and it seems to work. Just get it straight before you start.

Well, you can't rake all of the balls to your side of the table and owe a ball. Fouling in this manner is a loss of game.

I'm pretty sure those rules refer you to the WPA rules for items not covered.
