Was playing 1p at home today with a buddy. Shooting player makes a ball but the cue ball knocks another ball off the table. Foul? cueball lies where it is and the player spots two (ball that went off table and foul ball)?

To the best of my knowledge, you are correct. Cue ball stays where it is
but I think there would be 3 balls on the spot. ball that was made, ball that went off the table and a ball for fouling. If you do not have any balls in your pocket, then you would owe one.

Southpaw

[1] - pocketed ball
[2] - ball off table
[3] - owed ball for foul

A ball knocked off the table is a foul in any game of pool. And in one pocket the cue ball stays where it lays, even after a foul.
So spot 3, leave whitey.

Oh, and spot me 10-4, I haven't played in a few months. (you still go to shooters?)

Hope all is well.

My brain works, somewhat, but I just can't make a ball. TY for the compliment tho :)

You got it. Just drop me a line.

thanks for the ruling guys.

AZE: 10-4?

LMAO

I got beat on my home table giving up 9-7 to a Hollywood 6 rated player.

I'm playing very bad right now, thinking about quitting for a while...
