One Pocket tournaments

Can anyone tell me of any one pocket tournaments in the New England area. The onwer of one of the local poolhalls I play in, thinks a few a of the regulars are great one pocket players. So I want to take him to a tournament and let him see some real one pocket.

I don't know of a single upcoming One Pocket event in New England,

Action Billiards in Hamden, CT had one a couple of years ago or so -- but I don't know if they have anything else planned. Renaisance in Quincy MA had a weekly for a while, but not lately. Portland's Spot Shot hosted one of Grady's tourneys a few years ago, but none since that I know of. Country Club in Chelmsford MA used to host tournaments including a little One Pocket on the side, but they aren't doing any these days. Brighton Billiards has always had One Pocket players, but no formal tournaments. I'd like to hear of one...

Where do you play out of?

I play in a few places right now no one more than any others. I spend time in World Championship in Manchester, A&G in South Windsor,Cue Club in Manchester,Lefty Magoos in Newington, and Bristol Billiards in Bristol. I also make the trek to Sal's (Action)in Hamden once and awhile. Where are you located?
