ok, my question which i posted a while back, but i believe no one answered, was dominaik cues, i heard all of his cues are 17 oz. take it or leave it, is this true?, if so, i'd like to try one, i love 17 oz. next, opinion, in my opinion, the fanciest, nicest, and most simply beautiful cuemaker out there today is richard chudy. have you really looked at his cues?, i love what , and how he does em. he starts with deep, exotic rare expensive wood. uses contrasting white ivory, and then finishes them off with the most outstanding shiny finish, just beautiful, that's just one of his many styles. he's my favorite. i never picked one up, so they may play just ok, i don't know, but as far as looks are concerned, i feel he makes the nicest looking cues. p.s. Mali makes the best looking and playing, for the money. $200 ain't bad for crushed turquiouse into african ebony, with a solid hit, and a name you could trust.

Bernie, your original thread which is now on Page 4 got 7 replies the same day, including two from individuals who had Dominiaks in the 19.0 to 19.7 range. Why don't you contact Dominiak as suggested there and ask about available weights?

I also have a fondness for turquoise in ebony in cues. I have two, but they're of the extremely high price spread variety. However, here is the link to the Mali and a couple of others that I think are good looking and inexpensive.

wow, pretty incredible price! $69!!!!, although, the V-9 does look classier, and Mali has a higher quality reputation than players. still, for $69, can you go wrong?

Yes, you can.

Why? For $69 bucks you can use it as your "snap it over your knee cue", which will freak everyone out even more because it looks so good and expensive.
Are you reading this, Protege?

Those are not real inlays. I would put up a sizable chunk of money that those are decals. How do I know? I am not at liberty to say but just don't bet against me.

It is just another example of how some in the billiard industry choose to deliberately LIE to the consumer to push their products. It is no different than all of the people who copy Instroke and sell vinyl cases as leather.
