Opinions On Structuring Windy City Open Junior Event

I am getting ready to structure a Junior Event for the Windy City Open. I need suggestions from all on what makes a great Junior Event.

I need opinions on the age groups, game, race, prizes and anything else pertinent to hosting the best overall event for kids.

Division Age
Youth 13 and below
Minors 14-17
Majors 18-20

Probably 8 or 9 ball races to 4... depending on how much time you have to complete the event.

Prizes could be pool related products and/or gift certificates. Don't do savings bonds, I don't like waiting many years before I can cash them.
