I have been looking at lots of cues for a while now. I faithfully look at all the cue in the For Sale and Cue Review sections etc. I have also been checking out a lot of cues on eBay.

I really like Turquoise and not to many cues have turquoise in them. I have seen a few Dale Perry with turquoise and that has been about it until I happened to find the McDermott Elite Sedona at Seyberts.

This cue is on the expensive side for my budget and also a lot of money for a production cue however I am curious what everyone thinks of the cue. It looks like a real beauty.

The McD's all play about the same to me. I find them a little thick in the back and thus back heavy (for my liking).

They stand behind their product and have a good track record.

If you look around, you can find a good used one for a lot cheaper. I've seem them going for $400 or so used.

At that price, you could probably get one made by a cuemaker on AZ with turquoise and whatnot. Even better, you could probably design it to your liking, with the specs you like.

I agree the price is high. Higher than I am willing to pay.

There are a couple of things I like about this cue. I like the leather wrap and I like the overall design. You hear so much about custom cue I was curious as to how this cue would stack up etc.

I found another Dale Perry on eBay last night. It is Rosewood with some nice inlays. I will be watching it and while it is not exactly what I am looking for it would certainly be a lot less than the McDermott. If I can scrore it for about $200 I can add a Predator shaft and a tip of my choice and still have $$ left over compared to the McDermott.
